We, managers, do not have access to as much as you think. We can contact HR and they have access through it and all the other channels to everything you can think of related to cell phone records,ipads, laptops, company cars, toll passes, gas card records, etc. If your manager wants you gone, they can get you.

Here's a hint for you: Keep your sales figures up, keep your paperwork straight and on time, know your product, talking points, rules and regs. Smile and be polite - your manager doesn't have the time to be snooping - unless you give 'em a reason to.

As much as I despise managers for they do nothing but take credit for your work - the less concern you cause them the less they bother you...
