Tell us now!

I realize that extending to April allows us more money and time to find something on our own, but the anticipation is killing me.

I don't know how much more someone can say to make you understand. There is no anticipation. 70% of representatives and 80% of managers will be gone. Unless you are sitting on three, yes three, outstanding years of sales, or have podmates with a bunch of ones, the probability is that you will be gone in April. You need to stop wasting time and operate as if you will need to find a job.

Why would you want to lose out on the money? I look at it like a won the Novartis lottery. If I play my cards right, I will bank a boatload of money.

You may be banking alot of money, but you will be needing that money to live on. Who knows how long it will be before you find another job and is it going to pay you what you are making now? That money won't last long in today's economy. Best of luck!

Okay, I will step up and tell all of you now.

Your all fucked, there is no way in hell your going to keep your shit job AND there is no way in hell your going to find another one as mindless as this one.

Get in the fetal position and cry it out, then go get another job.

Feel better now?

The way I look at is if I find something I just can't pass up I will take it. Otherwise i will get off the Novartis boat when it docks. I can live very nicely for about 1 year and even it takes me that long to find something, I won't be stressed out. I will enjoy my summer at the beach and pool and get to spend quality time with my family
