I also really liked that he mentioned that quarterly numbers are not a scorecard and you have to be judged by behaviors. Peg, Rytell, and Rosen were the exact opposite and looked at a snapshot at the end of each qaurter versus judging by the behavior. Of they too that approach perhaps they would have more easily identified the true gaps in te business. Instead, Peg tried to intimidate the field and was never an honest broker. I like what happened this week from an organzational perspective. It is just a crying shame that som many good managers and reps left on account of Peg and her corrupt ways. DNDN is a much better place today that it was earlier in the week!
