Telerx has hired and removed 9 executive team members in the last 4 years. Anyone think that is odd? Too funny. Amazing how every ELT member the president hires is the best thing since sliced bread for the first 6 months. Then you look at the President cross-eyed once and you are on the fired list. This company is a joke and run by incompetence. The president runs it like a high school HR classroom. How about we hire another consulant and do some team building. God for bid anyone actually be honest in those little team building sessions. The second you do, your are basically out the door in a matter of months, if that. Living the Vision -- LOL. Let's all not hit our goals for the year, but still pay out big bonues for the ELT. Someone at Merck really needs to take a look...

OMG I cant believe the grade school mentality is still alive at the T! There was so much potential for that company if they could only think like and treat peeps like adults. Myself and others who were shown the door, have succeeded elsewhere(and previously)! I do believe its also a Merck thing to get "easily offended" and not want the truth about anything!!

i know what you mean. Schellenger pits underlings against their Sr. VPs, even promises them their bosses jobs. The Sr. VPs don't know it until they are shown the door, but everyone else knows it well in advance.
