Tekturna Training and Re-launch Poorly Timed and Executed

Very few people will be able to make all the Tekturna calls this month. As far as I know we have not been cleared to promote, we have no samples or promotional materials and many of these targets have 2 calls for the month of July. It is already the 17th. Maybe corporate should have loaded 1 call this month and 2 in August or September. (I guess that makes too much sense.)

Too many assignments and unreasonable due dates as well. The new PDI training person has done a weak job explaining what needs to be done and spacing all this training out in a reasonable fashion. Poor communiaction on pay as well . PDI Underestimated the time the training and study required and short changed the reps big time. Not good!


Interactive Novartis training was awful. Way too many technical problems. A very poor start. R vibe blows! Watched theses redundant films and Compliance wire still says they are overdue! What the F? Compliance Wire and PDIU are a mess.

Poor planning on PDI and Novartis part. "Thats what you get for starting training on a new contract the week bfore and after 4th of July". "It's only the most popular vacation week in America , " America".

You corporate people show no common sense. You need to try more KISS and not try to be so HI-Tech when you have not worked out the kinks on your conference calls and online training.

Do what it takes to get through this and quit complaining, the majority of
sailed through training fine and are waiting for you to catch up so we can hit the streets.

How are you going to hit the streets when nobody has been cleared to make these calls? You also have no samples or promotional materials.







Most people even those few honest DMs realize this whole launch and training has been a big clusterF***.


Stop being an apologist for the crappy training department and ohter incompetent levels of management at this company.

Most reps are only here because the job market for pharmaceutical sales is tight.


You must be a brand new hire or a manager drawing a nice salary. Either way you dont represent the feelings of the majority of reps who have suffered with this type of dis organization and chaos before.

Trying to decide to join the PDI team. A couple of questions. When doing the test for Tekturna is it a one time pass or fail? I have heard the test is very hard for this product. Thank you for your reply. Trying to decide to take the job or not.

Three tries on test, and open book, it is as hard as you make it.
 












This is worst training I have ever been through. And now, because the trainer is so bad- she wants everyone to re-do the 6 hr conference call? What is she smoking???, as she sits at her desk collecting a salary from our hard work on the streets. They can all go screw themselves- and her attitude!!!! What a you know what
 




































You will not need samples...as docs have pushed all samples and yes (there are a ton of samples) to the back of the sample closet and posted do not use....warning do not use talk with the Endos and the Nephs they are done done done! warning good luck and happy selling. do due do due not stress life is too short! Or should I say do not use a DRI:)

Yeah, quit your crying! Reps like you who can't do anything on their own or pro-actively, for that matter, ruin it for everyone else. Reps like you that are negative, come across negative in offices. You give reps a bad name! Change careers and be a desk jockey so you can sit around all day & post on facebook if you can't handle sales! Your probably a rep that thinks runnning around getting signatures is doing your job. Pathetic!

Even Novartis is not asking to get new rxs. This is more or less a reminder that Tekturna is available for those docs who are still cray enough to continue to use this drug.

Remember they only gave us hi volume currenrt prescribers.

Did you miss the message in the conference call?

They are not looking break new ground with this promotion. This is a face saving and CYA action . They are not expecting doctors to use this first line for anyone. Nor should they . There are a lot of safer options.
