Perhaps it’s me but the Tech Town Hall did not impress me like the world class leaders they say they are for these two new major powerhouse companies. The CIO of the worlds largest Consumer Goods company is always broadcasting from her bedroom. Really? The CTO, Agam, had to be shut down as he rambled and never listened (red warning signal!). Jen talks about the fantastic location strategy in Poland and India where there are no resources to be found. Joe Touey didn’t say a single word Unlike his usual self. And KAT gave her uninformed opinion about Elliott, and that Bluebell was too small to matter (don’t talk to topics you are not an expert in). The word “journey” was used about 400 times as they seemed oblivious that many people this month are journeying out the door not of their own choice. If we are going to be world class then we need a classier Tech management team.

These stooges completely lack any sort of awareness. The audience is people who are losing \ going to lose their jobs, and she's raving about the location strategy used to replace everyone with bargain-brand talent. Go Team!

Did they cut Agam's microphone? When he starts talking about his good fortune he turns into a giggling chatterbox.

It's like this: Jerry Jones hires a coach for the Cowboys and proclaims he's the greatest offensive mind in football since the creation of the forward pass. But when the coach is revealed to be a mediocrity, Jerry can't pull the trigger because it makes Jerry look bad: "Why'd you hire this guy?" "You said he was great." "What does this hiring failure say about your judgement?"
