What is the best way to distract a national sales force of 500? Have a 4 minute national conference call to say that 15 reps are being displaced. Then tell the entire sales force that we have your new territories but we are not going to tell you what they are yet.

they absolutely laid off reps today. this company has gone down hill so fast since B and L came in. Once a company that cared about taking care of their people is now leaving us 95% to goal yet not adjusting the payout, telling us how "transparent" they're being then lay off reps out of nowhere and keep dangling these new territories over us to keep us "motivated" because we would all "just stop working" if we were treated like adults and told what the deal was. It's sad how much shire has changed. I don't recognize this company at all anymore and it doesn't seem to be getting any better, just worse.

Really sad. I haven't heard of anyone I know that was "displaced" but this whole decision to wait is a bad one.

the NBU finished at 95 percent to goal for q3.no adjustments made after being told it was a forecasting error
But the NBU was also told last year was year of OBU and this is year for NBU~not a good start

Terrible! Maybe at some point they get around to explaining the new methodology for counting scripts?! We're only almost 1/3 done with q1. No biggie. So disappointed in what this has become. Feel badly for those displaced as well - understand cuts are necessary sometimes but than don't repeatedly insist that this is an expansion only. Shameful!
