Looking for insight into TDR position. Have 2+ years OR experience with small company and limited OR products, 12 years B2B. Considering TDR position but concerned about negative postings about management, backorders and quota/system issues. Granted all those problems are prevalent with many sales organizations at some point or another. Are these short term or long term issues? What is training program currently like since it sounds like it has changed in format over the years? Any insight into TDR, training and company culture appreciated.
 






This area of the company is plagued by more "problems" than the rest. If you have no where else to go this is a decent place holder, but if you are looking for serious career growth and opportunity stay away from this position.
