Tasigna?

I currently sell the competing product in a geography that is too far from my home. I noticed a heme position open closer to where I live and wonder if I shouldn't put apply. What is the climate like at N? I know no company is perfect but are the majority of you happy (I know it's a loaded question)? I'm serious, please no smart responses!

Plenty of people on this board bitch about Novartis. It's no better or worse than any other Big Pharma company. Tasigna is a great product to sell. The Hem division is staking its future on its success so there is a lot of pressure to do well. The 1st line data is solid. A majority of physicians in my area are using it 1st line in newly diagnosed patients. Gleevec still has 5 years left on its patent so a significantly less expensive alternative is still a ways off.
