But $50K is set aside at SRM; 70K at VP levels. No set goals for SR lvel in current times. Hitting 6.8 is also a task, as Lilly is losing ~1.8B revenue due to patent loss. This year end Lilly's consnsus is 23.8 bln, and next year 22Bln (Check Yahoo Finance for exact).
If u hit goal, target payout = $15-19k, just like any place else. You'll bring home about 60% of this after taxes, so about $8-10k. Bonuses used to be a lot higher.
