Target Bonus?



















I don't understand. Isnt there a standard dollar target amount for the year. For example $20,000 or $30,000. So if you hit goals you get 25% each quarter?

But $50K is set aside at SRM; 70K at VP levels. No set goals for SR lvel in current times. Hitting 6.8 is also a task, as Lilly is losing ~1.8B revenue due to patent loss. This year end Lilly's consnsus is 23.8 bln, and next year 22Bln (Check Yahoo Finance for exact).
