From what I have been told there will not be as many calls for Tamiflu as last year but they will bring back some of the surge reps and hire for empty territories. I do not know the timeline for this.
 






























So of the territories that people interviewed for are now being worked from other territories instead. So it's possible you interviewed for a territory that's now going to be worked from another area. I've seen it happen.
 






I was surge rep last year along with one other for this area of the state. My partner was called, offered, and accepted a surge position in mid-Aug., the one position posted for this year for our area. Last week, that offer and many others were rescinded. No explanation. Has anyone heard about this and know what is going on?

They had to have known this when they made the offers in mid August. There was a post on cp awhile back stating that we would only have 1/3 of the calls, this is not new news! Something else must have taken place to change their minds about hiring.
 


















So unprofessional. I've never interviewed with a pharma company that A) told me that i was moving forward to an interview with the dm and then never schedule me for one and B) NOT notify me as a candidate that the position was filled. I can get over it if im not the right fit for the position or if they decided to take someone else, but the least you could do is be professional about it! This just speaks volumes about the caliber of this company....not up to my standards. Glad i dodged this bullet!
 






Wow that is so weird..no call back??? Welcome to the new world of too many applicants for 1 position..No company calls back anymore..they don't have to because they have 15 people for 1 position...Grow up and stop your whinning...Keep on interviewing and you will see this happens everywhere...even walmart!

The PDI recruiters are THE worst in the industry! I had a friend that interviewed with a Dm and WAS TOLD they had the job and the recruiter called the next day to say that they were not going to put a rep in that particular territory!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Most unprofessional group I have ever seen or heard of!!!

You act surprised. The fact that you are surprised, is surprising. PDI recruiters are notorious liars. They will tell you anything. PDi is w/o a doubt, the worst contract company out there.
