If you started the project with a clean Tamiflu list, you would not have peolple making 15 calls to the same doctor! This problem has been going on since the 1st Tamiflu contract.
Unfortunately the Data Management team and or DMs never clean up the lists properly and or they get lost in the transfer and are reassigned to the wrong rep.
You put your people under pressure to meet call goals that are sometimes impossible, becasue they are working with a crappy target list that never gets straightened out and unrealistic reach and frequency goals with zero wiggle room for the reps.
It is not the reps fault, this is is management shortcoming.
You keep believing your own bullshit about how clean the lists are and then you never follow through effectiviely to clean up the lists.
Additionaly when when you accepted the nonsense that Genentech threw out to you about allowing only 5 % deletes and 5% no sees you set your company and sales team up for problems.
Poor negotiang on your part folks.
Good Luck and Good Selling!
