Changing the bonus plan mid-stream is one of the lowest, amoral , acts that Astellas has ever done. What was the propose of signing the acknowledgment sheet? First. Anyone who says "don't like it you can leave" is a complete douche. Some of us have been around here longer than these big pharma empty suits and we intend to see them leave the way they came. Go f-up somebody else's culture you weasels.

This isnt the first time APUS has changed IC mid quarter my west coast friend, and it won't be the last. The reason is very simple. Look at the latest numbers. For example, in PCP gray there are >275 reps above 100% to goal. Company didn't budget for that. They aren't going to pay out all that $. Therefore, you change the plan. The only people who will make any $ off Myrbetriq are the ones with paid speakers in their territories (at least until we get some MHC coverage). Easiest way to bring IC back within the bounds of the budget.
