What did MT mean when he said everything is on the table including taking MNK private?
I thought things were ok. Why is everything on the table.
What does that mean for employees if we go private.

I would think it has something to do with avoiding payouts in class action suit about drop in company stock.
 






I disagree. The suit is already happening and taking the company private won't help them with a suit that already filed. I think MT and the board must feel the company is worth more than the market cap today and taking the company private would prevent the short atracks. The only reason the shorts hound us is because they are making money when the stock tanks. Don't be fooled they could care less about how the company is ripping off the system. I think it bothers me more as an employee than the crooks who profit every time the stock tanks.

Jobs definitely in jeopardy! Am looking to get out of this shit hole as fast as I can! This company is a goner! Only idiots work here.
 






To go public to private, they would need to pay shareholders back how many billions? Not sure that could happen easily... but yeah these guys are only thinking about their survival. Bayer went private when they had the baycol disaster... not sure what Malli thinks is going to drop the stock to zero..,

They dont value patients at all no matter how many people they send to the stage to cry their eyes out and the stock holder hasnt gotten any love in 2 years. remember when all they talked about was building stockholder value

Now im staying no matter what as i love to see leadership reinvent things every year. GO team!

Ok, so I am always the smartass in the room, and btw proud of it! I SAY LET SENIOR MANAGEMENT BE THE ONLY STAKEHOLDERS AND THAT WAY THEY REALLY GET IT I THE END! What a great idea under current circumstance!!!!
 


















Just like last quarter corporate making the number reps not. This transfers th bonus dollars from the reps to mark, hugh etc... hmm wonder why no motivation?


Right??? Hilarious conference call this am on employee engagement...oh we are up 2% from 2015....but 65% of the answers are below industry standards...I like about 33% of the people from the neutral rankings...totally lied too, because I don't have a new job yet!!

Ha! Want to know what keeps me motivated to stay here? I fly out of town on vaca each week mid week and noone knows! You add up all the days off free and there's your bonus baby. Oh and even if not going out of town, Fridays are my fishing day----and I am a manager. So just imagine what my reports are doing if I am getting away with this. Like I said- there's your bonus!

This is seriously getting out of hand. How can corporate keep making their number but we never get paid. Majority of us are no where close to goal, this makes no sense.
