TAKEDA SENT OUT UNVAX/TERM LIST

I was going to go away quietly but they sent out the list of the “unvaccinated to be list to about 160 other employees and managers throughout the entire company! Not only did I not give my permission, not only has my medical and employment privacy been shattered but how do I know I’m not interviewing with one of these managers down the road for a different company? THIS IS TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE, Everyone who’s name was leaked we need to talk to someone about this because this was completely uncalled for!!!

Assuming they sent this list to mostly HDQ managers, any field based? What business units? So there were 160 unvaxed employees on the list? I heard there were several hundred unvaxed employees. Will Takeda actually fire these people come Monday? Wow such a stupid thing for any company to do.
 








So not only did they violate our first amendment rights by deny religious exemptions, but then they would send out a list about medical information with my name on it. Can any one say HIPPA. So multiple legal things going on here. If you are not asking your self WHY a company will blatantly do these things and try to get away with it you are crazy. Thanks Takeda, just more for the lawyers to INGNITE you up on!

Here we go again with the big talk on Cafepharma about suing a giant corporation! None of you little peons will do a damn thing about any list going out. Oh no! It violates HIPA! On no! You guys we have to fight this. Managers were sent the lists and they should not have. This should have been with HR but they are too big of chicken shits to let you go so your managers have to on Monday. Absolute bullshit. Let's rally.

It won’t work because the list is not who is unvaccinated but who has not reported. You may be vaccinated and it didn’t register or you forgot to register.
 








IF the list is indeed of the people who have not REPORTED their status yet, then the company is trying to make sure through their managers that these individuals are not surprised on Nov 1st when - at a minimum their badges don't work - or - depending on their job - they are automatically terminated. The requirement is to log on and put in your vaccinated status. If you never log on and do so then on Nov 1 it will be assumed you are unvaccinated. This was clear in the e-mail. No HIPPA here.

Their religion is a reason to not get vaccinated and help end this pandemic and save lives, but it’s totally cool with you ingesting shit food, alcohol, sucking on that vape, pumping your skin with Botox, fillers and tattoo ink, fake boobs, chemicals in your hair color and fake ass nails, and selling drugs with a “theoretical” moa.

Hey ignorant, for many it’s about the choice to get or not get the shot over what’s in the shot. Especially for a virus with over a 99% survival rate.

If morale was low before, forcing employees into getting a shot that neither prevents getting or spreading COVID just flatlined morale for certain.
