This is the craziest most f*****-up bonus plan I've ever seen in my f****** life! At 95% to goal you make 80% of your bonus. At 90% you make 60% of your bonus. The quarterly payout is 7500. About 75% or more of reps are not making full bonus. Is this specialty or Primary Care? The goals are impossible to reach here. And the Wicked Witch of the West, AKA Ramona has no clue on how to be realistic. By the time the dust settles, she will be long gone. That's what you get for making such big promises to Japan. If you are thinking about coming here you're better off anywhere else. You are nothing more than a number. This company does not appreciate their people. Taking care of their people is last place for sure! If you don't believe me, ask around and you'll see how many people have left. On the other hand, if you enjoy making 60 to 80% of $7,500 a quarter then Takeda is the place for you. I am off to a real Specialty Company. One where you are compensated fairly and goals are set realistically. $15,000 a quarter at 100%. Suck on that Takeda!
 




Yes, I heard that about Takeda. There are plenty of jobs at other companies. From what I hear, turnover is a major problem there. Now I see why with your compensation plan. The company will just hurt itself by not rewarding its people. That is definitely a plan where they do not want you to make money. Yes, we know all about Ramona. When she was at Lilly , she was known as "slice and dice." Glad I am not dealing with her anymore. She will leave Takeda in shambles. I have been through the exact same thing you are going through. Nobody has ever liked Ramona or respected her. It's hard to believe she's still even around. She is notorious for making one bad decision after another. My advice to you is to move on! I am sure that many, or most of your colleagues have done so already.
