Shire will be bought by Pfizer AbbVie or maybe Takeda at $180-$200 minimum. Shire reps/mgrs get big $ offers from recruiters all the time are the best of the best and could give a flying fuck either way.

There is a history here with the lialda co promote. Takeda has no drugs ready to promote. Shire has some close to being in the bag. This will be a hostile takeover. To many reps on both sides. Both companies will see many cuts. There is only enough drugs to support one full sales force. For Takeda uloric and Amitiza will soon be done with Dex soon to follow. Everyone on both sides can do the math.
 






REMEMBER THIS POST... Takeda was never interested in all of Shire. Takeda is interested in and buy Shire NBU. Do some research. Shire is bigger than Takeda. They will get a great price for NBU and dismantle it from the managers to the reps

No it’s for the whole company and is a perfect fit. Shire already runs super lean in most bu’s except NBU
Home office off site Nuero and Upper range salaries would get chopped but everyone else would fit pretty nicely. Give us $190 or $200 w/Ben and you got a deal!

Has nothing to do with CEO. The Sales force is rated worst in Pharma. Just look at the childish posts on here and that fact is easily verified. Flem and Perry along with Mark and Kathy are leading us to spectacular outcomes.

Kathy Kobe still works at Shire in her own mind... hard to believe but this place got worse since she left somehow. I thought we were in the basement when she was here but these guys just keep digging deeper and deeper. Perry, mark, and Kevin also known as the 3 stogies, don't have a clue
