This is exactly the environment in my area. Its the most pitiful environment that I have worked in during my close to 30 year career. This is a wannabe big pharma company. They don't have the products, the pay, or the leadership. I was never treated like this at Pfizer. NEVER! Astellas is in need of a major cleansing at the Sr. Leader level. They make me feel like dog crap.
 






man, oh manischewitz!! The leadership is so basic that they are rewarding the employees that are lucky enough to have insurance coverage vs the ones that don't. It has created a hostile environment.

True statement here. These trips are not “Free”! Taxes do come into play.

Great point. I had my income taxes done a few weeks ago, and this year I made a good deal less than last year, but somehow I owe three times the amount of income tax this year. How the f is that even possible!?!? I'm broke as a joke.

Then why are you here? Leave! If youve been in pharma close to 30 years you should be able to retire- unless you have not been a responsible adult. If not , then find another career or job to get you through.
Its not good to stay somewhere youre not happy. You know things here are not going to change. Youre the one who must change.

Let me remind everyone of what happened to us on Friday before Memorial Day Weekend of 2023. The leaders of Astellas at this point in time were assured that our new product was going to make them billions and billions of dollars. Even assuming 100% that this was going to be a mega blockbuster of all time, they threw scraps at us for the Incentive Compensation plan. You can't even call it bread crumbs. On top of that they took the Myrbetriq bonus that we earned the past decade with hard work and dwarfed it. In three quarters I have lost over $24k thousand dollars! Then they hired hatchet men to dress up the information and stick it down our throats right before a major holiday weekend on a conference call.These two individuals, the man that was benched and sent to Canada and the female from Florida that are the East and West Vice Presidents. These two have ruined their reputation for the lifetime of their existence here. They will never be trusted again. Not one SALES DIRECTOR raised an objection or asked a decent question on behalf of their own salesforce. All of them can go to hell too! These are evil, dishonest, con artists which everything has backfired on them because Karma does exist. A day reckoning will come March 18th as the new President of Astellas enters our once great company. I am here to watch the dominoes fall. This salesforce will be unable to move forward with the current leadership in existence. I recommend you people start looking for new jobs because your time here is on a countdown! GOOD DAY YOU BASTARDS!
