Tad’s purpose finally revealed. A hatchet man with a goofy, feel good personality. Deceptive. He did a good job faking everyone. I’m sure he’ll be rewarded for handling us all so well. A polished D-bag. I’ve been with Novartis a long time. Disappointing to say the least.
 












I'm sure Tad is a great time at a Phish show, but in this scenario he's just as fake as the rest of 'em. He's so goofy and has no clue. Talking about yard over the weekend and asking people how their holidays were. Come on dude people are shitting their pants right now. Some people have been here for 15+ years. Some ready to retire soon. Some brand newbies thought they were coming to build a career here. Now they're all shit out of luck going to B&L for a lateral move at best. No chance to come back to NVS for nearly what 18mo. This guy and the rest of the RD, and leadership are clueless. Telling us what they think we want to hear. Making it seem like B&L bought Xiidra because of us. Anyone who has been in this industry for more than a minute knows we're all dispoable. NVS, B&L they don't give a crap about you or the paycheck you need for your family.

let’s be honest he is not a great leader. What did he actually do today other than to say I don’t know I’ll have to get back to you on that. Let’s do a one off on that.

I don’t have all the details. My question would be why are we having a conference call if you don’t have any details. You can like Tad all you want! The point of being a leader is that when you hold a conference call and you say that you’re going to have transparency is actually have transparency.

anybody could’ve gotten up there and answered those questions with those responses

he’s not out. They had him take over EC after Sam left when he was already in charge of respiratory because they already knew they were getting rid of EC (they were planning on it being much sooner than it turned out) and didn’t want to bring in someone new
 




Tads not as good of a guy as he wants you all to think. He wants you to like him, but he’s solely been out for himself. He’s not a true leader. As a matter of fact, other than his nice-guy, hokey, fake persona he’s been inept and mostly a non entity. We all knew this day was coming. Tad’s job has been to keep us motivated, focused on other things while they plan the massacre. He doesnt have answers because he has so little power over any of the major decisions. I can’t hear him standing up for what’s right, or what’s best for the EC team, because he doesn’t really care. They will definitely find a spot for him at NVS. He’s a good little soldier and performed his task well (from an NVS standpoint).

Exactly! He was placed there and given an elevated role since he was in charge of more people. Now he’s been a VP so he’s got that experience and can be moved to any other division. Respiratory has Ali as the ED who reports directly to DC so they don’t need a VP over respiratory
