T4G venting and sinking ships

[Rejuve week]

Need to vent -
1. Rejuvenation week - I love how senior leaders post on networks how amazing rejuvenation weeks are and how they took time to prioritize and think and well.. rejuvenate while they dropped the T4G bomb on day 2 of rejuvenate for all the minions. You've been eliminated, enjoy rejuve week. Oh and don't forget to connect with the important things in your life.
2. Some of the hiring decisions being made (T4G) does not align with the "Transform" part... It's still the same old let's get familiar faces in here even if they don't know jack about this domain. Let me grant this entire portfolio/division/franchise/area to miss always-nice-to-me.

Well said!! I was thinking the same, including about the one post about the leader who takes guidance from his Oura ring etc and having a great break. Of course... they're all safe so it's easy to rejuvenate!

And as for jobs? It's all about advocacy. If you don't have an advocate, best of luck!
