It's because there's one person that calculates the payouts for each rep. That one person reports to PS. KK and PS have a thing going on and it's interesting how many times there's been a 'oops' moment in rankings and/or payout.

ever since ps and KK took over, they have adjusted the rankings almost every single trimester for 2 years. probably 5 out of 6 times they have adjusted them after the calculations were done and had to re calculate them to move people where they wanted them.

people that really track their numbers always found huge variances from the weeklies and monthlies, to the "pay grade data" IC was based on.

why such a huge difference in the Pay grade data, that they consequently never show you. only the total number at the end.

We know first hand that the person inside HQ that used to assign goals and do the IMS data was instructed to lower goals and change the numbers. He left because he hated them and their underhanded tactics and forced him to change numbers to suit their needs.

PS and KK are dirtbags and they absolutely change the numbers to play favorites especially with goals and territory alignments. no question about it. Those with the inside info know it.
