I was going to say lousy leadership, but it seems to be more involved than that. Certainly, that is part of it, but when speaking to reps overseas who have marketed the product, it's clear that the test doesn't work as well as you would want a "groundbreaking" test to work (Remember where you were, when you first heard about this! Said breathlessly.) but also that it had the OPPOSITE effect that everybody was looking for! It was supposed to demonstrate the need and positive effect of using Prisma in wounds and instead, it showed that you probably didn't need to use Prisma as much as clinicians were! Doh!!
