Epifix commissions are a shot in the arm? You must be in a state that Medicare actually pays for Epifix. Many states have NO reimbursement...not even in OR and reps can't sell a single epifix. Next year will be feast or famine for reps. Getting a medicare code is just the fist step..not the finish line. The regional LCDs determine if they will pay or not. If a rep gets reimbursement from their LCD, life will be good. If there is no reimbursement, life will be a living hell filled with unattainable expectations and micromanagement.
