First think about this, do sales people get the week off between Christmas and New Years? The answer is NO! yet the companies we serve allow their sales staff to have that week off. Whats more insulting is the the people at HQ get the week off. Sales people do not get personal days or sick days, you have to use PTO. Janssen just gave their in house team the Friday before Memorial day off for a 4 day weekend. Did Syneos follow suit. Do you think the powers that be ever wonder why there is such high turnover rate on these contracts? they don't care. Turnover will continue to be high because we are all looking for companies that value us. It's a shame because our allegiance and loyalty is worthless in the eyes of upper management!!! Keep looking folks, lotsa jobs out there with great companies who will reward you for your efforts!!!

I have to agree on this one. that’s bullshit Syneos!! The rule of thumb is the sales team adheres to the holiday schedule of the client they are working for. Every other CSO follows that rule….as well they should. I used to think all CSOs were basically the same, but this tells me that surprisingly Syneos is even worse than all other CSOs (which all basically suck] which says a lot. I now know not to consider jumping to this pile of dung.
There is no rule of thumb, every client is different and determines this, only if you put this much effort into your calls, Zip it and do your job Snowflake

Now there’s no reason to be embarrassed. I know many second graders who struggle with the same thing. Here’s a little trick that should help you. When you are talking about location, you would use “here”. How do I know that? Well, ask yourself,” is it over THERE or over HERE?” Did you see that? If you drop the T from THERE, it becomes HERE! That’s how you’ll remember it’s correct. But wait! You know the other “HEAR”? The one you used incorrectly? Well, that has to deal with listening. So watch what happens if we drop the H from HEAR? Look! It becomes EAR! Which also has to do with listening! Isn’t this fun? Now take this lesson with you through life and maybe you won’t embarrass yourself as much. A bonus!
