I start training soon. I am curious is this training format like other companies? For example with Novo it was a “high stakes” test and I you failed you were let go after two attempts.
This is much different because it’s online/virtual but was curious to see if the pressure test are still a thing in 2023.

Syneos doesn't give a shit... Everything is very low stakes.

If you're not a Weiner your coworkers who have already went through training will give you the answers of you just ask.

How do you think the DSM’s complete all the training?
They have the answers to all the test questions.

The training is geared to passing all tests. No pressure at all.
