Swiss wins the majority hold of the company. Lawsuits between both parties have been resolved. LW is now in position to sell. I am wondering if the reason why Medtronic didn't buy LW 3 months ago is because of all the legal mess that was going on between both parties. Now that this has been resolved, the Swiss can sell the call centers (if Medtronic or anyone is willing to make a good enough bid and the Swiss plus shareholders get back the money they invested). Checkmate or en passant? Time will tell.

There is no way Medtronic or the other big 3 CRM companies are buying us out. They just bought the Seeq from Coventis for 100 Million and look how well that worked out

I've been enthralled with your board for a few months now, as have some of my co-workers. You people of LW, with the exception of it seems, two employees, have talked a pretty big game while hiding under the anonymity of this site, and you still do in your complaints which are completely juxtaposed to your arguments in other threads. Make up your mind already! Either be a company or die! How do you people stay motivated in this environment? Laughable, but reading these threads along with this one and the more recently introduced topics, are you really surprised at where you're standing now? You literally don't know if you're coming or going. You're becoming a stain on the industry, which is struggling for an identity as it is.

I hear you clowns aren't in much better shape and your leadership has no concept of how to forecast or launch a new product. Bwahahahahahaha! Sorry, pal. I've graduated beyond your industry a while ago. Call me what you want, facts still speak for themselves and it's all written in your threads. My only vested interest are the friends I still have in the market, none from LW, and the fact that you guys are a mess.
 






So the word is, and no one will believe it, but Ehrlichman brokered the deal for Yacov to sell his shares to the Swiss. The Swiss couldn't accomplish this so Ehrlichman convinced Yacov to sell. Lee, please get the Swiss back to the snow covered alps now. We know you can do it!
 






I'm not going to buy that for a minute. I would concede that the Swiss still need to take direction from LE, including how to sell this place and somehow make it seem valuable.
