If it weren't for Gurav, the endo leadership wouldn't have had the opportunity to run the combined ASD.

GA and that whole Ortho team were such clowns, that they had no choice but to give it to the Endo folks. Ray and the others are gone so time to rebuild from the impact they made.
 


















Morale is the lowest I have seen in 14 years. Many long tenured people leaving. Can hire fast enough. Quality of new hires is terrible

This. 2 long tenure, hard working coworkers quit this week. One of them tried and tried to apply for a different job within the company. Applied to 10 positions over the past 18 months. HR never gave her any attention and she has given up (her annual reviews show she's a hard working employee with a good personality). Sad day. Executive management has turned a once great company into a sad one in 5 yrs.
