Hospital: "well you are the only suture on contract so we have no choice but to use you"

Rep: "let me count your suture for you as this is pretty much all I do"

There is no suture division anymore
suture combined with ethicon endo and GYN and energy and hemostasis division
Now you have TL (Team Leads), GYN, Hernia Bariatric Thoracic aka HBT, Energy, and Biosurgery reps all under same umbrella and same team

What's the starting salary for a junior rep within Ethicon Endo?

Well, Ethicon Endo doesn't exist anymore, so not a strong start. The pay is about the same for a junior rep and an executive rep these days. Consistently reducing comp plan is how they cut costs and drive out people who they can't fire because they've never missed a number.
