It's the only way ANY of us will make goal. Yes Prolensa will be just as hard if not harder due to the lack of formulary coverage at launch.

Why do we get Lotemax cards to hand out that have the suspension on it? Who in the world would go out there and promote something you are NOT going to make $$$ on, but B+L will. Lord knows you will not even get a pat on the back for selling suspension, just beat down for not selling enough Gel. Come on home office, lets think about this!!!

This gel is a joke. docs don't need it. don't want it, won't use it.
ok, here and there sure, but not in the volume and applications they are thinking. HQ is so disconnected from reality.

and I just heard from one of my docs that the InSite bromfenac drug just unblinded Phase 3. He said the results he heard were clearly better that Bromday, and that a head-to-head trial vs. Prolensa is planned (assuming our home office gang of fools can get the drug even approved!)

Nothing to worry about with Insite Bromfenac product. Higher concentration (0.075), keeps it on cornea longer causing cornea melts, won't even be available till late 2014 or later. Last one to the party with a QD product. By then Prolensa and Ilevro (if people use it) will own the market.
