Who told you interviews? At the rate people are leaving, we will be down to 50% by end of Summer.
 












Interviews for jobs we already have makes no sense!

Who would you be interviewing against as we have no mirror counterparts and all have our own targets along with single rep protected territories

I am sure the bottom 20%-30% will be cut and their territories divided among the other local reps.
 






No one is interviewing for their jobs. With that said, everyone's territories are getting re-evaluated and many people will be laid off. I say if you have a meeting with your RBM for your interview soon, it's a good thing as they want you on the Iroko team
