The Company really seems to be big on sending out surveys for everything nowadays. If they truly cared about what was happening in the field, they would send out a survey to see exactly how kams are perceived and if they truly bring any value at all. Obviously they don’t want to know the real answer, otherwise the position would be eliminated ASAP.

Or….call me crazy, maybe someone should pick up the phone and reach out for honest dialogue regarding the state of affairs within Alkermes? I had a boss who used to ask on every call if I had everything I needed to be successful. He would actually listen and act on suggestions, obviously not my Alkermes manager. Oh who am I kidding….too much bullshit on both sides here. I would be afraid to be honest, not that anyone here would retaliate.

do the survey, submit positive feedback, check the boxes and keep your job..:negative feedback goes nowhere…if you feel like sharing, don’t do it
