In my experience here, the management prepares for the survey and prepares their reports on the survey like teachers “teach to the test” for standardized testing. They now treat it as a “required” box that needs checked off and become so overly focused on it that nothing else gets done... not even the stuff the survey tells them they ought to refocus on and get done. Total waste of time as none of the suggestions ever get implemented and every year the results are the same: culture sucks.You know it’s all about the survey!! Survey is life!
