Surprise Average 4th Quarter Bonus has to Average 90%

Can you believe we were all penalized in the field because the corrosive office handed out only 90% bonus’s to home office? I had 12 referrals and only got 90% for Q4! I really thought I was getting 100% or 105%. What the
F- - -! My RBD blindsided me with my bonus on Friday! Did anyone else have a clue our bonus’s were tied to home office and can they change the Q4 bonus structure after the fact? I was already looking for a job but this company just is bs. Did this happen to anyone else

Total BS! They rolled this out at the last second so folks wouldn’t have left in January...well now we will leave here in February or March...and no you can’t change the bonus payout except that they did and I don’t want to wait around and sue these folks who won’t have jobs soon

I have looked through the documents and cannot find where these shenanigans are written into the normal nor fine print of the Q419 plan. Anyone?

All companies have the option to change the bonus plan. That that to the bank!

Yes this company reeks. No announcements. No transparency. You can have a million enrollments and ultimately none infused due to the poor company resources, yet this is suddenly the field sales issue. Worst company in the industry.

Same here! Completely blindsided as I had 6 referrals and 3 patients treated!! I'm already looking... can't wait to get TFOH!!

Here’s the deal: the company over-hired in the commercial organization as it was originally planning for the home market at a much lower price. That didn’t pan out and the company thought that 217 would paper over Zulresso’s poor performance and the sales organization would eventually transition over to 217. Unfortunately, 217 hasn’t gone to plan and now the company is spending far too much on commercial. Leadership is going to cut back on commercial spending as much as possible, sales people will voluntarily leave, and others will be cut.

100% true. The real question is, how many vacancies are there in commercial at the moment? It seems like a lot of KAM and TBS roles are vacant but nobody will give numbers, because, #thisissage so the question becomes, how much cutting is there to do? Doesn’t seem like the RBD’s are going anywhere and there are clearly way too many of them, especially the ones with only 3-5 people on their team or the ones who have tons of travel and overnights from where they live to get to their team. No need to spend on RBD travel at the moment! Easy cuts right there. But- even with big cuts, Sage is going to run out of money. So- what will they do?!? Time will tell. Pray for an acquisition, and fast!!!!
