I want to know how the BI count for IC Payout was calculated. Tell us! Myself and 11 other TMs (and counting) were not paid as promised. We’ve all kept accurate BI records of every true submission. I was short 5k. Congrats to those that received their true payout but the rest of us aren’t going to accept being “sunburned” and “be happy with what you got.” Really? I’m owed money for working ass off so I’m not going to accept this discrepancy. Called my RSM and was told “they aren’t going to make changes at this point so you may have to wait awhile, I don’t know what to tell you!” WTF!

FYI the number of BIs were provided by your FRM, rolled up to RSM were adjustments could be made “in the case of errors”. No screwings from HQ. it was all done by your local peeps. So FUCK YOUR FRM if it’s wrong.
If it’s a FRM/RSM combo no wonder I got screwed! My RSM would do anything to F me over but SHE loves her favorites in the East.
Just do what every Sun rep does when they've been screwed. Get even by only giving Sun the bare minimum.
What an ugly culture this is. 14 months ago we all had the opportunity to create something unique and wonderful. Unfortunately too many short bus kids made it into management. I know Sun as an organization likes to blame reps, but the crappy culture and people headed to the exit falls on management. Half of the RSMs couldn’t get a job anywhere in this or any industry. Above that you have a splattering of Big Pharma failures. So go ahead and push the good reps to leave. Things will only get worse with the turnover. The big players with big drugs are in the sandbox now. The time to execute has come and gone.
