Surgical Urology and Day to Day Prosthetic vs Slings?

I know there are a lot of negative people on here but just looking for an idea of what to expect for this position in a major metro area? Heard there is a company car (what kind), large expense/entertainment budget, and uncapped comms. What does the day to day look like? Crazy hand holding and hours or making Docs stand alone and moving on to the next? Realistic comp? What about base, 60k?

Any help is greatly appreciated as I am seriously looking at this. Oh, what is the preference if I have the ability to choose, Men's or Women's bag?
 












Either division you will get your ass handed to you.

Men's - AMS owns that market.
Women's - depending on where the territory is located, it will look like this:
- Boston Sci
- AMS
- J & J / Gynecare
- Coloplast

or - take any of the top 3 listed and switch them around...but Coloplast will always be on the bottom.
