What’s the exact comp structure? Seems to be a little odd, I’ve been told that OTE doesn’t change year over year even with quota increasing year over year.

There is kinda a lot to unpack with your questions. Comp plan is overly complex, lots of hoops, lots of peculiarities. They want you to sell everything without paying much for anything. Comp target doesn’t matter. If the territory is open, you will make $160K at best, probably $130k though.

Auto allowance vs company car (what types?)
Buckets to hit
Is it attainable for the avg mkt
PTO & sick days

Are all the (continued) Covid shots required?

What’s the culture like?

How is it competing against Stryker, STORZ, Intuitive, ConMed, Arthrex, Smith & Nephew, etc.?

Is Olympus able to compete surgically in the ASCs or is this not a focus?
