4 years at Olympus and I witnessed 3 of 55 original Surgical ASRs promoted. They are glorified procedure Fluffers with limited room for growth.
Steer clear. ORs are tightening accessibility to Sales and RepTrax, GPO/IDN control, ACA and Sunshine Reporting are going to kill this career avenue in two years.

Ha Ha 2 weak companies=disaster. It's like watching a car accident. This company is not the place to make some serious money, it's just a stop on the train. There are better places to make a serious buck and get paid for your talent.
