Honestly, they aren't going to pay you anywhere near that. I'd put that at the top of your conversation with the recruiter. Most in the anes group are making 105K salary + 30-35K bonus.
Biggest challenge in selling that product is price and if pharmacy won't buy it....no matter your advocacy w users, its a tough up hill challenge.
Merck culture is very different. Full of rules and they are serious about them. Everything is very cumbersome to do....lunches, programs, meetings, training...lots of admin time. They would rather you spend your time getting the admin right, then selling any product.
