Thank God JB is putting out his weekly email! So uplifting. Total Patient Focus and a real warm fuzzy toward field sales. Feel truly cared about. And the reference to an ATM! Subtle and empathetic, JB. Really brilliant. I expect we'll be seeing this week's "motivational" email on 60 minutes at some point.

I quit a few weeks ago. Can you copy/paste the email here? I can't tell if your post is dripping with sarcasm or if you actually feel cared about. Knowing JB, I'm totally going with sarcasm.
