I really appreciate my ongoing salary when I have friends and family being laid off. If they want me to try and FaceTime my doctors to earn it, so be it.

Ummm yea I am extremely thankful for both thank you. Just tying to get some feedback cause the crap we talk about on Conference Calls is 99% BS and unrealistic.

Idk that’s not my job. I’m trying to make contact with as many drs as possible to keep up the communication so they will continue to write. Having said that it’s very slow and dr interactions via phone is minimal on a daily basis and there are a lot of offices not allowing lunch appointments. The only drs I am reaching is the ones I have great relationships with. Just looking for some feedback. The company is doing their best so I’m not here to beat them down.

Very very difficult to get a doctor on the phone. I would say the majority of calls being submitted are docs where there is a great relationship and the “call” was via text. I have only been able to actually talk to a couple doctors since this started. I’m guessing that’s not an outlier but you can’t tell anyone at Supernus the truth about anything because their mind is already made up on 4 calls a day as a reality. With that said I am doing my best and I’m calling offices all day long so don’t try and accuse me of not working or giving up because I know that’s coming. That type of reaction is all you know

While without a doubt these are strange times, things will get better. Just hang in there and do your best.

The supportive message is the ONLY message we should be rolling with right now. Trying to sell our doctors during this time when they are already stressed to the max is unconscionable. “Hey I know you’re short on masks and only seeing a minimum of patients, but while those patients are there, if they’ve had a single migraine since their last visit - they should leave on Trokendi.” Think about how that makes us sound. And asking them to Zoom??? Forget about it. It’s ridiculous.
