Absolutely correct! The best example of a team can be found by watching any MLB game. The odds of seeing an outfielder take the mound as the starting pitcher is near 0. Similarly, you didn't see either of today's starting QBs take the field playing as a lineman. A team isn't a team as much as they are a unit. Everyone has a role, or job description.
