I just happened to look over at the Taro board and saw an interesting comment:
(SUN and Dilip are majority sharelders of Taro, and Ahbay was Chairman of the Board there).
Apparently they have problems keeping people in Finance (3 recent resignations), and there was a defensive comment made “people wouldn’t be leaving if the unemployment rate was high”.
Think about it.
This is the mindset of Sun ownership/leadership. THEY WANT TO OWN YOU LIKE A SLAVE. And if unemployment was high in the US, you’d be forced to stay at Sun/TARO.
They believe all their employees should be thankful for the job to serve them.
This is why we get screwed so often. You can do that in India bc people are desperate for a job.
