The proposed class action alleges racketeering and violations of antitrust and consumer laws by Sun, the world’s largest specialty pharmacy, and its subsidiary Ranbaxy Inc. It accuses them of fraudulently submitting bogus or missing data in applications to market generic versions of the reflux drug Nexium, the blood pressure drug Diavan, and the antibiotic Valcyte.​

He doesn’t need a sales force for generics. Howard’s group has been trying to seize the entire operation for some time now. It’s no coincidence that the FRMs killed the Ilumya launch. So Howard undermines the organization and will end up running everything in this crappy little piss pond he created. If you are in commercial sales it is time to leave. Very interesting, I didn’t know Dilip made that statement. operating under a CIA would be crippling for Sun: first they don’t know how to operate honestly, and second, it has zero capacity from an infrastructure to implement one. Not that Steve and Charlene were rock stars (they weren’t), but when your top 2 in Legal resign within about 30 days of each other, you begin to smell a fish rotting.
