I know Indians are cheap and that they treat their workers like shit...but this is just insane. They had a year to prep for this conversion, an extra month from when they said it would happen, and it's still a shit show!!!!! Nothing is showing up on time, the direction is coming out little by little, no one knows what is going on, if you can't make training or the NSM they tell you not to sign the offer letter and go somewhere else. I mean, how fucking hard is this? The people they kept are the "best" right, why not treat us that way?

We are the new employees, shouldn't they be trying to put on their best faces and make us feel welcome? Instead I feel alienated and disrespected. They had everyone order new cars, now some of the team will get that car, the rest will get a used car from the fleet. Cars won't be ready on time, and they won't rent you anything in between, just sit at home.

They kept people that are out on medical leave and fired people that were moving business. Poor GL over in the Northeast got totally screwed.

I guess its just business as usual in little India...I mean SunPharma.

Medical leave didn't matter in this situation...one company was hiring new employees. Anyone on leave had no protection, since this was a new job and company.

Ok Patty. You tell us how it was.

The fact that you are here only says that India Pharma like Sun here in the US will be run like JC Penney or Toys R Us.

First, you can blame Inventiv for some of the mess. They kept telling Sun to stretch out the transition and made the managers and reps wait then dumped everyone in together. Had the managers moved over a month earlier as planned it would a have been much better and they could have smoothed things out and helped out. Sun is very unorganized and it is very annoying we are not getting any time to transition in properly and set up our equipment etc get our cars and get Veeva working. - but with the managers now in place things will get a lot better. As far as GL is concerned what Kool aid are you drinking? I thought he was very arrogant it seemed to be all about him. I missed our former manager who hired us. GL should have stayed in training he was not an effective manager. Just a talking head when he rode with you with a lot of make work assignments. I think they saw that when he interviewed.

Greg is the epitome of a trainer who paid harsh dues then became a manager.

He is one of thousand thst transitioned that way. What will bury him unfortunately like the rest who have taken his path is that he only sees vision through his kinetic belief.

No other company or drugs ARE BETTER THAN OURS!

And the ALMIGHTY ABOVE say it's SO.

Ok well that worked with Charleton Heston but get a grip man. It's not 1989 and you don't work for Merck or Schering of the time.

Get more bees with honey. And you will need bees. Trust me.
