Spoke to SUMMIT counterpart today. They were told that they will get an across the board 10% salary increase November 1st as compensation for only getting a one year extension and that they would also be eligible for an additional salary increase in January. I have no issue with them gettng an increase but they were told not to share the announcement. Don't we all work for the same company?

WHY would the cheapest CSO of all of them give SUMMIT a 10% raise? Does that sound like a good business decision to you? Since we're outright lying...I heard DS4 is getting a 30% increase retroactive from January 2014. Really! No, Really!

According to my anonymous source who knows a source close to the Publicis CEO all DS4's are being promoted to direct hires, summit is taking the place of DS4 and DCSA's are taking the place of summit. Also, the earth is flat not round.

I am part of Summit. Clearly this was a lie. We did not get a raise in November. Supposedly we are getting a raise in March that will be retroactive to January 1st. One more way they try to keep people on board - dangling that carrot and not paying us in a timely manner. What is the hold up? No excuse in my opinion.

Salary on these contracts is so low we need a 50% increase to matter!
