Left BAX long ago. CC was still inside. Only knew him in passing. From what I’ve pieced together he replaced MM as Philly RD, then back-filled as AD when DC was fired.

I agree. He’s done nothing to gain the support of the team. He relies on the managers to get things done. Does he even attend customer meetings anymore? It’s time for a change.
