This site has gone dead silent. No doubt selectively hiring new grads without a clue how do their jobs let alone having the ability to speak up has paid off. NEO means new, but this approach of systematically instilling fear is a OLD as humankind. What a loser company.

Almost all corporations are like this.

Take that fear and push it aside. CHOOSE to focus on living and working a life of integrity, staying focused on the task at hand.

There is no need to drop down to their level.

If the situation becomes unbearable, look for another opportunity.

Genoptix pulled AQUA test for HER2 due to block processing issues and test validity. Corporate knew about it in 2012 but continued to push testing. The new strategy will be to blame the hospitals processing protocol. An f' you to an unethical company.
