Successful @ retention?

No, and it's not really anyone's fault. The reps hired are highly successful and not interested into going into big pharma. Many of us were told this would be a two year gig and we got more than 3. Time to find another small company with a good culture.

I heard Scios is getting the band back together.

Yes I hear the companies and recruiters are knocking down the doors to get the Tylenol reps.

Yes 25% and the ranking bonus helps. crack top 40 every qtr you would be hard pressed to equal that total payout anywhere else. I am willing to wait a year.

would love to keep the car plan or at least grandfather it in until the five years are up. I like my car. I don't mind a more expensive car then a fleet car regardless if I don't break even on costs

401 k match and stock purchase plan sign up sooner the better.

Regardless, the better your sales, the better bonus and better chance of finding a great job if you decide to move on.

BTW, Tylenol comment guy recruiters have been in contact. maybe they don't have your number. Why don't you post it so they can find you. I love the naysayers. Never understood why they are in sales. Usually they only do as well as the trend. Meaning the product sells and they cant get anymore with their abilities. Managers see it everyday.

Blue skies!

I agree with you, however I would like and appreciate a company car. I don't care if I drive an expensive car or not and it would be one less thing to worry about. A company car would be very welcomed and it hope it happens.

You sound like a manager. Bust your ass for 20 cents a vial!! Your so dumb. You can't keep growing quarter over quarter unless you have a very low volume. Eventually you will flatten out. It's big pharma bonus plan. Only a few get fat. Most don't make shit. Stay for a company car??? Stay if your happy but not for a car!

That's you're NOT your. Are you the dumb one? For the record, there is nothing we can do about the incentive package now. Complaining about it is futile. The only unknown is fleet car or car reimbursement. I prefer a car while I still work here. Make no mistake, I am looking to get out but only once I find a great company/package. Why keep running my car into the ground? Everyone knows they no longer reward excellence and the only winners now are the low volume territories. Clearly it will only get worse with Mallinckrodt and that is why they are offering the extra 25% they will hold back in an effort to retain people. This won't work in the long run.

The small handful of reps that I actually trust and can have candid conversations have already begun looking for new opportunities. Regardless of the promises, many seasoned reps don't want to work for Big Pharma at this point in their careers. This is why most started at Cadence.
