Subutex

You guys are a joke. Subutex generic by hi tech. Ones with the arrow on it and 8 on the other side. These are the real deal. Why the hell is everyone filling R.B's pockets with money for suboxone when the naloxone doesen't do anything for anyone? This is hilarious. What kind of incentives do doctors get for prescribing suboxone? More then cups, pens, and shirts i'm assuming. This is why i prefer the VA for my meds. They don't get a dime from me. Why are all these docs supposedly getting this information from reps and stuff that bupenorphine/naloxone is less abuse proof... Whatever.... and don't get me started on why they are stopping the tablet formulation. For pediatric safety? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Hahahahaha. Good way to try to safeguard your prized donkey. I'll will continue to rock on with the generic subutex as i've tried suboxone for a month before and it offers NO benefit more then generic subutex.
What gives? Can someone tell me if my thought process is wrong?

only those who have served can use the VA, so this person is lying, or a former military member with an addiction problem. misguided either way.

MISGUIDED EITHER WAY!? What if the guy got injured serving his country and became addicted to pain killers while dealing with his injury? Can you people not have a little decency!? You talk about addicts like they are the scum of the planet when they are the ones lining your pockets!

I can see where you are coming from. However, I will counter with this. Without RB, there would be no generic Subutex. It was RB that worked with Congress way back in 2000 to give physicians the ability to even prescribe buprenorphine outside of a methadone clinic setting. And the FDA, not RB, REQUIRED the addition of naloxone to the product before it could be prescribed in an outpatient setting. We do not "line our doctors pockets" with gifts or bribes. Our physician speakers get paid squat compared to other pharma companies. And when Suboxone blew up, a ton of it was on the streets. So the Film was a way to curb some of that street use. Will it stop it? Hardly....but it's at least an attempt....you see, if the DEA/FDA decides they've seen too much Suboxone/Subutex diversion, the whole thing gets shut down. That means no more going to your VA and "rocking on" with Subutex. You'll be lining up EVERY DAY at the local methadone clinic with all the other methadone patients. That sound fun? Didn't think so.

Just a little perspective from someone who has worked for this company for a little more than 10 minutes.

Yeah they've got a pretty low opinion of their customers at Reckitt.

We do when they come on here and bash our products and ethics, calling us liars, cheats, greedy, etc. I rarely see a "customer" on here saying how Suboxone has turned their life around. No, I see all the negative crap you post about how terrible a company RB is. Like I have said before, we aren't a charity. Feel free at any time to go back to methadone (which costs the same if not more daily), or quit cold turkey and get back to me on how that worked for you. RB does a lot to make this medication somewhat affordable for patients, but we can't give the stuff away. And we can't control the doctors gauging patients high ridiculously high office visit fees either. You get addicted, which I can understand (it happens), but then want free medication to get clean? Sorry, there is a price to be paid in recovery, both personal and financial. That holds true in any form of addictions recovery.

I don't have a problem with paying for my medication: I have a problem with RB keeping bad doctors on their suboxone.com website. If they know that female patients are being raped in exchange for a suboxone script and it is proved to them why would they not take that doctor off suboxone.com? They are greedy. They want other women to go there?
There is no excuse for that.
