I did not want to believe all of the rumors about Pat when I worked here, but clearly some of them turned out to be true and he is a criminal because the guy just paid another company to take Rubraca after subtracting the inventories that existed with current sales revenue. Pat really is a disgusting criminal that ruined a ton of careers and even more lives with his three plus billion dollar fraud of investors. The guy was positioning NOT to let the company be sold all the way back in 2019 by piling up unnecessary convertible notes when traditional methods of borrowing were available.
